Directly adjoining the farm is a "greenway" or "rail trail" system which offers trails for riding from Rochester all the way to the state of Pennsylvania.  The house itself is a Greek Revival style colonial with massive columns and a huge front porch with outstanding views. It once housed the daughter of the 10th U.S. President John Tyler. His wife's signature can still be read on the pane of glass in the Master Bedroom that she signed with a diamond ring.
