David (Dabbi) is the most personal horse we have. He's extremely people oriented and will leave food anytime we come near his pasture. He's always easy to work with, even when mares are nearby and can be handled by any level of horseperson. He generally performs to the level of the rider. Children can ride him well, beginners are very safe on him and experienced riders love him.
As a four gaited horse, He's 1st prize for confirmation and 2nd prize for ridden abilities. Tolt (9.0 evaluation score as a four year
old) is his best gait though all of his gaits are clean and easy to find.
Dabbi can be ridden in the show ring, the dressage box or on trails. He's won blue ribbons at several US shows and trainers of other breeds often ask to ride him. When ridden out on trails or along roadways he's safe and sensible. He can be ridden in large groups or with no other horses. His ears are always up and forward and he's always eager to go.
